As you head into the new year, one of the things you’ll probably be  taking time to think through is the extent to which you are developing your most important asset: your people.  Since one of the key parts of the recently launched CMO Talent Challenge is a formal commitment to training and development, IBM’s Jon Iwata, one of the leaders of this initiative, shares his company’s approach to it.
